“I Believe” Campaign Recognized Nationally

The “I Believe” campaign, created by Cognetix on behalf of the Dee Norton Lowcountry Childrens Center (DNLCC), was recently recognized by the National Children’s Alliance as the winner of its 2010 Public Awareness Campaign Contest at its annual meeting in Washington DC. In addition to the local and national recognition provided by the award, the center will receive a grant of $20,000 from the NCA to help fund their 2011 public awareness efforts. DNLCC is the first recipient of the award which was created to recognize child advocacy centers that have made exceptional efforts to educate and inform their communities on child abuse prevention, intervention and recovery. In addition to this latest award, the marks the sixth time the campaign has been recognized since its inception in 2006.
