The Bishop Gadsden photo shoot went so well! We got all the shots we needed, and the models and settings looked wonderful. Here is some of the action we captured from the photo shoot.

Cognetix shined last night at the Charleston AMA Spark Awards held at the historic American Theatre. Katie Kern and Jessica Crouch were awarded the Dynamite Award (excellence for an event) for their work on the 2008 Shopping with Friends event benefiting Lowcountry AIDS Services.

The AMA Spark Awards recognize the most effective marketing campaigns in South Carolina and awards seven companies and one individual that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and programs in the previous calendar year. The entries are judged on the ability to show results through clearly defined objectives strategies and tactics.

The whole Cognetix team is excited to go to The Spark! Awards tomorrow night at the American Theater from 6pm – 9pm. We can’t wait to see other’s submissions and what they’ve accomplished over the past year.

Cognetix had two of its logo designs published in Rockport Publisher’s Letterhead and Logo Design 11. One logo, created by Creative Director Dale Lanford, features a penguin head created for Scoolers, a company that manufactures portable coolers with a college sports theme. The other is OnBoard, a logo created for AstenJohnson, which makes paper making equipment.

Rockport publishes an annual series of books that showcase the latest and most innovative work from well-known design leaders. This volume features more than 400 designs from creatives throughout the country.
